Purpose: to assess comprehensively the state of agrogeocenoses in Moscow Region and to substantiate scientifically the directions of their reclamation development under the increasing anthropogenic load. The aim of the study is to identify spatial differences in agricultural landscape sustainability and to determine the priority zones for implementation of reclamation measures.

Materials and methods. The data of the state land cadastre, Earth remote sensing materials and geoinformation technologies were used as an information base. The analysis was carried out in administrative districts of Moscow Region, taking into account the soil and environmental conditions, land use structure and the degree of anthropogenic transformation. To assess sustainability, the natural protection coefficient reflecting the ability of landscapes to withstand degradation processes and anthropogenic load was used.

Results. It was found that the land use structure of the region is characterized by the predominance of forest lands (about 41 %) and agricultural lands (36 %). The average arable land ratio by districts is 25 %, with the highest values observed in Zaraysky (59 %), Serebryano-Prudsky (55 %), and Kashira (46 %) districts, indicating a high degree of economic development. The spatial distribution of the natural protection coefficient revealed heterogeneity in the stability of agrogeocenoses.

Conclusions. It has been determined that the sustainable functioning of agroecosystems is possible with comprehensive reclamation support, including the reconstruction of drainage systems, agroforestry, erosion control measures, and the formation of an ecological and reclamation frame. The implementation of these measures will ensure the rational use of land resources, increasing the adaptive potential and sustainability of agrogeocenoses in Moscow Region under anthropogenic load.
